Delivery time

• The delivery time is usually 7–14 working days after receipt of order.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email including shipment tracking information.

Worldwide shipping

• We ship our products from Germany within Germany, to the European Union, and internationally.
• Shipping is handled by selected shipping providers such as DHL.

Shipping costs

• Germany
  - €6.90 shipping costs
  - Free shipping on orders over €150
• European Union & United Kingdom
  - €14.90 shipping costs
  - Free shipping on orders over €180
• Rest of the world (non-EU, e.g. Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia)
  - €24.90 shipping costs

Customs & Import Duties

• Additional costs may apply for deliveries outside the European Union, in particular:
  - Import VAT
  - Customs duties
  - Processing fees of the shipping provider
• These costs are to be borne by the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery.
• Our prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU.

Returns

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Please contact us in advance at support@modu-clothing.com to register a return.
• The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
